Appointments are short by necessity, urgent problems wait days, and much of a doctor's day goes to insurance documentation rather than patient care.
Tampa Bay Concierge Doctor was founded in 2018 on the opposite premise. The practice does not bill insurance and limits enrollment to 250 patients per provider.
That single constraint is what makes everything else possible — unhurried appointments, same or next-day access when something is wrong, and a physician you reach directly, at any hour.

Tampa Bay Concierge Doctor is a private primary care practice in downtown Tampa, founded in 2018 on a simple idea: your physician should have time for you. Membership is capped at 250 patients per physician, so appointments are unhurried and every patient is known by name.

We do not accept health insurance nor are we a health insurance company. We do not participate in any insurance networks, including HMOs, Tricare, Medicare, or Medicaid.
Luxe Care membership includes 24/7 access to the doctor via secure messaging app, same day/next day appointments for urgent visits, unlimited unhurried office visits, an annual comprehensive physical, unlimited telemedicine visits, medication delivery from Capsule Pharmacy at no charge (within delivery area), and access to home lab draws.
Premier Care membership includes everything in Luxe Care, home lab draws (four per year), and 24/7 access to your doctor via personal cell phone.
Elite Care membership includes everything in Premier Care plus direct physician scheduling and six house calls per year (subject to geographic location and regular business hours). Additional house calls at a discounted rate.
Laboratory tests, immunizations, diagnostic tests, hospitalizations, specialist visits, and medications are not covered by the membership fee. These services are usually covered by your health insurance plan, and we recommend everyone maintain health insurance since we are not an insurance company.
Membership is available for adults 18 and up — Luxe Care is designed for ages 18–64, while Premier and Elite Care are available for ages 18 and up. We are not pediatricians and do not see children.
House call pricing varies based on location and the medical services provided. House calls start at $500, not including drive time. Please call to ask about specific pricing.
When you schedule an appointment we set aside enough time to provide the highest quality care, so please contact the office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 cancellation fee, and no-shows for confirmed appointments incur a $50 no-show fee. These fees are waived for membership patients.
The valet parking garage is located on North Tampa Street in the Fifth Third Center, directly across from the Bank of America Financial Center. Street parking is also available in front of the building on East Kennedy Blvd.
